Michelle Kelly, CSCS

Head Coach
I have bachelors of science in exercise science from Bastyr University in Seattle, WA. I am a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the national strength and conditioning association. My experience has given me a vast knowledge in all different types of settings from athletic performance to post rehabilitation and everything in between.

Jenny Wright

Coach
Even though I spent most of my life as "non-athletic," I've always had an interest in personal development. After earning my Bachelor's of Science in Secondary Education, and through working with high school and collegiate students, I have developed a unique ability to connect with others an get them to raise their strength, their expectations, and their belief in themselves. 

Having begun my health journey as a novice, overweight, and limited version of myself, I may have started at the bottom, but I didn't stay there. 

Since beginning my transformation in 2012, I have been certified in globally-recognized programs such as: Training for Warriors Level 1 and 2, Precision Nutrition Level 1 , and Pain Free Performance Specialist, and have used that education to help hundreds of students who started exactly where I once was to fulfill their potential. 

Cassie Musser

Coach
I have never considered myself an athlete, and I did not enjoy physical activity. After smoking for 20 years, I weighed almost 220 pounds, and my blood work showed that I would need to be placed on medication for high cholesterol and was on the verge of diabetes, if I didn’t make some changes. I quit smoking and started running.

I started with a 5K and worked up to a half marathon. While training for my half marathon, I needed to incorporate strength training, but I had no idea where to start. Then, I heard about TFW and went one Saturday morning to try it out. I found myself surrounded by people encouraging me and pushing me to keep going. I didn’t know most of these people, but they were encouraging me like I was their best friend, and I signed up right away.

One year after starting the 8-week challenge, I have never been in better physical health, and I have started coaching for TFW Boone. I want to encourage and inspire others the way I was, and still am, encouraged and inspired by not only my fellow coaches, but our students as well. I love being able to celebrate the accomplishments of others, and seeing their reactions when they reach a goal. I have a passion for helping others: mind, body, and soul. 

Chris Davies

Coach
My journey in health and fitness has been a lifelong challenge. In my younger years, I always played sports and stayed active. Baseball was my passion and that afforded me an opportunity to play in college. Once my baseball career ended, it seemed that my focus on exercise and health did, too. I settled down, got married, started a career in nursing, and started a family. I became a little too comfortable with excuses for why I couldn't exercise and with unhealthy food choices. Before I knew it, I had added an extra 80 pounds to my body and simple things like dancing around with my kids made me exhausted. I hit my breaking point; my kids deserved better. 

Over the years, I played a continuous game of yo-yo with my weight and health. It was my wife who finally helped me discover continuity in the form of TFW Boone. From day one in the dojo, I knew the energy, encouragement and coaching was exactly what I needed.

After training in the system, I seized the opportunity to become a coach, completing my Training for Warriors Level 1 and Level 2 as well as the Pain Free Performance Specialist certifications. 

As a coach, I love to motivate and push students beyond their perceived barriers. The coaches at TFW Boone have given me the tools I desperately needed to achieve my fitness and health goals, and it's my goal as a coach to give you the tools, motivation, and push you need to achieve yours. 

Jill Starling

Coach
I  began my journey to fitness 6 years ago as a student with TFW Boone. Before joining, I was overweight, didn't eat right, was on blood pressure medication, and was not active. Going through the 8 Week Warrior Challenge, I learned how important nutrition was to fuel my body. 

Before TFW, I didn't eat vegetables. I grew up in a meat, potatoes, and corn household. Eating vegetables didn't come easy. It was a constant challenge to keep preparing them in different variations until I found what I liked. It took a year, but through training and proper nutrition, I was able to stop taking blood pressure medication. 

Since that time, I have received my Training For Warriors Level 1 and 2 as well as my Pain Free Performance Specialist Certification. 

I enjoy coaching all levels of students at the dojo and motivating each one to improve both physically and mentally. Being able to make connections with students and seeing their enthusiasm in the dojo when they achieve a PR and the excitement they have for other students makes it all worth it. 

Tracy Anderson

Coach
 I was born with cystic fibrosis and exercising at a younger age was easy and a part of my daily routine. As I grew older, exercise became less important to me. 

I started in the restaurant business at age 20, worked long hours ,and didn't take care of my body. As I aged, my lungs began to deteriorate and I had a double lung transplant on April 15, 2018. 

After my transplant, I had to make some major changes. I joined TFW Boone as a student in August 2018 and had a goal of one day becoming a coach to help other people. 

I earned my Training for Warriors Level 1 and 2 Certifications and began my coaching journey. My family and I even plan vacations around TFW locations around the globe. 

Chad Starling

Coach
 I have been coaching and mentoring others in my corporate job for over 15 years. Having gone through a major weight loss journey more than a decade ago, I am passionate about helping others find their path to greater health, happiness and confidence. 

I am Training for Warriors Level 1 an 2 Certified, a Pain Free Performance Specialist, and certified Precision Nutrition Coach. 

I was inspired to join the TFW Boone coaching team after training in the program for more than five years and seeing not only my confidence grow, but watching the incredible results of others around me. 

I am excited to combine training and nutrition to help maximize results and give people the tools to lose weight, gain strength and feel great for the rest of their lives.
